Delivery Policy
Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday only. Orders are typically dispatched within 7 working days of the order being placed. We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes but please note that Estimated Delivery Times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.
Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. However, there may be delays during busy periods (including sales).
* Note: Working days – Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays & weekends). Naturally there will be delays for orders that are paid on Saturdays and Sundays.

Shipping costs are determined by of carton’s weight & measurement. Our shopping cart is currently supporting Malaysia only. If you can’t proceed to checkout with our online shopping cart, please kindly call us (+60378828888) and tell us your order list together with your delivery address, We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with delivery tracking link so that you can track and trace your order at any time.
